Treatment Cycle #1 Femara + Pregnyl HCG Trigger Shot + 2 x Pregnyl HCG Booster Shots + Timed Intercourse (one mature follicle) = Negative Test
Treatment Cycle #2 Cancelled due to too many follicles at my baseline ultrasound (Thanks PCOS!)
Treatment Cycle #3 Femara + Pregnyl HCG Trigger Shot + 2 x Pregnyl HCG Booster Shots + Timed Intercourse (one perfect follicle) = Negative Test
Treatment Cycle #3 Femara + Pregnyl HCG Trigger Shot + 2 x Pregnyl HCG Booster Shots + IUI#1 with 126 mil mobile sperm and one perfectly mature follicle = Negative Test
Treatment Cycle #4 Femara + Pregnyl HCG Trigger Shot + 2 x Pregnyl HCG Booster Shots + IUI#2 with 79 mil mobile sperm and two perfect follicles = Negative Test
Treatment Cycle #5 Femara + Pregnyl HCG Trigger Shot + 2 x Pregnyl HCG Booster Shots + IUI#3 with 80 mil mobile sperm and one mature, one almost mature follicle = Negative Test
Treatment Cycle #6 Femara + cycle was cancelled at my monitoring ultrasound when it was discovered my maturing follicle had already ruptured. No IUI, no trigger shot, RE recommends moving on to IVF due to my blockages. Said I would be a perfect candidate.
SSG on 6/23/14 Everything looks great! All clear for IVF
6/26/14 Advised by my RE that we need to do ICSI due to my endometriosis (not sperm issues, we don't have any)
AMA levels also tested on 6/23/14 they went up from 2.96 last year to 3.734 this year! Looks like all the supplements are working.
